3. Project Terms & Automation Deployment

All client projects, website development, agentic automation configuration, and social media handling services are governed by separate, customized Service Agreements signed directly by both parties. The information on this website does not constitute a binding operational contract for software deployment.

Due to the nature of AI APIs and model thresholds, DC Digital Hub does not guarantee 100% accuracy of language models integrated into customer pipelines. Clients are responsible for monitoring agent decisions where appropriate.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DC Digital Hub, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.
